Howard M. Levy, 62, of Gulfport died Tuesday, September 30, 2008 in Gulfport.
Mr. Levy was a member of Gulfport Lions Club, Old Biloxi Marching Club, and a lifetime member of many civic organizations. He was a realtor for Adams Homes, and an avid golfer and runner.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Selma Levy.
Mr. Levy is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Levy of Gulfport; a son, Brian Young of Pascagoula; an adopted son, Nael Samara (Summer) of Hammond, LA; his father, Sam Levy of Daphne, AL; a great-nephew, Logan; and two brothers, Allen Levy (Marnie) of Knoxville, TN and Saul Levy of Arizona and numerous nephews

Howard & I grew up across the street from each other. As kids, we spent lots of time together riding bikes, playing softball, collecting stamps, board games and later double dating. I lost track of him after HS, and just managed to locate him in 2008 thru his brother Saul, when Saul informed me of Howard's death of a massive heart attack. RIP!
