Michele Chetlin (Beaven)

This is David Chetlin, Michele's nephew.  When my aunt passed away last month, I had the honor of reviewing her personal items and to wrap up her affairs.  My aunt had a heart larger than the state of Texas and she never met a stranger!  She was like a second mother to me and wanted the best for everyone whether she knew them or not.

I wanted to let this group know that Michele kept her memories of you all very near and dear to her.  I believe that the support and friendship from you all through her formative years was key in molding her kindness.  When her mother passed away when you all were seniors at Allderdice, the outpouring of love and support were beyond amazing.  Your impact really helped her through those dark day.  She loved you all very much.  She kept her senior yearbook by her bed until the day she passed.  She also kept a very large stack of individual portraits from her senior classmates next to her bed as well.  The personal notes you all wrote were amazing and spoke to the strong bonds you had with her.  There is no doubt in my mind that she thought highly of you all and thought about you often.

For the love and support you provided back then, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Sincerely,

David Chetlin
